Princess Diana touched the hearts of millions around the World. She was known for her kindness, her charity work and for being a devoted mother to her two sons. Café Diana pays homage to a life in the public eye that ended far too soon.
Diana Spencer wed the Prince of Wales, Charles on 29 July 1981 at St Paul's Cathedral. Her marriage with Prince Charles produced two sons, the princes William and Harry, who were second and third in the line of succession to the British throne for her lifetime. While married, she held the following titles:

• Countess of Chester
• Baroness of Renfrew
She was well known for her work for international charities. She received recognition for her charity work and for her support of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines. From 1989, she also held the position of president of Great Ormond Street Hospital for children, in addition to working for dozens of other charities.
On 31st August 1997, Diana was fatally injured in a car crash in the Pont de l'Alma road tunnel in Paris. Café Diana celebrates the life of Princess Diana and is a tribute to all the good she did in her life. Diana herself was a regular visitor to Café Diana before her death and you can find a signed photo of her hanging in the restaurant.
